Founded by professionally trained Chef Fatmir Murtezi, this casual dining establishment served dishes that are influenced by his Swiss, Italian, and Kosovan background. Using only fresh and local ingredients to prepare everything from scratch, Chef Murtezi takes guests on a culinary adventure of European flavors.
Within 4 years of moving to America from his home country in Kosovo, Chef Murtezi was led by determination and his culinary talents to opening and running his own restaurant in Atlanta. Prior to opening his establishment, Chef Murtezi realized that there was a niche in the food industry for authentic European cuisine. In a mission to introduce the flavors of Europe to the locals of the Metro Atlanta area, Chef Murtezi announced the grand opening of Qebaptore A Bite of Europe.
Shortly before the birth of his restaurant in Atlanta, Chef Murtezi was in need of restaurant furniture that would reflect on the ambiance he wanted to emanate onto his customers. These custom restaurant booths are manufactured in the USA at any length, shape, or height which is why there was a high demand for them from Qebaptore A Bite of Europe”.
“He then proceeded to purchase our Wood Ladder Back Chairs”, commented Neil. “Available in a variety of finishes and seat options, these wood restaurant chairs are designed to endure the rigorous demands at any dining venue which is what Chef Murtezi needed”. These wood chairs are assembled with mortise and tenon construction. L brackets are used to reinforce the structural stability of the chair thus eliminating wobbling.
“Finally, Chef Murtezi furnished his restaurant with our Wood Table Tops accompanied with our X Prong Table Bases” Neil stated. “He felt that these items would make a long lasting impression among guests for the grand opening of his restaurant.
